Deputy Principals. (a) Unless otherwise determined by the Employer, a Deputy Principal will commence employment at the minimum remuneration as set out in Schedule 2 remuneration that was advertised.

Deputy Principals. Where a Deputy Principal is appointed Acting Principal for a period in excess of 10 continuous working days, such an Acting Principal shall be entitled to receive, for the period of the appointment, a minimum rate of pay prescribed for that Principal position.

Deputy Principals. Deputy Principals are Teachers for all purposes of this Agreement and terms and conditions of employment are as for Teachers unless otherwise specified.

Deputy Principals. 27.2.1 The classification structure and rates of pay for deputy principals are specified in Schedule 2 or in accordance with an agreement to salary package, pursuant to Schedule 12 (Remuneration Packaging) of this Agreement.

• Union Representative Visits The Union shall inform the Employer in advance whenever the designated representatives of the Union intend to visit the Employer’s premises for the purpose of conducting Union business. Such visits shall not interfere with the normal operations of the worksite. Reasonable accommodation will be made to allow the Presidents of the Unions to have access to union members to conduct union business.
• Recipient’s Representative; Addresses 6.01. The Recipient’s Representative referred to in Section 7.02 of the Standard Conditions is the Minister of Finance.
• Nurse Representatives The Employer agrees to recognize two (2) Nurse Representatives for the purpose of dealing with grievances and conducting Union interviews.
• Union Advised of Changes The Union Secretary-Business Manager shall be informed in writing of any change contemplated by the Employer which shall affect the terms of this Agreement.
• Staff Representatives A. The Union will provide the Employer with a written list of staff representatives and the bargaining unit for which they are responsible. The Union will provide written notice to the Employer of any changes within thirty (30) calendar days of the changes.
• REPRESENTATIVE; ADDRESSES 6.01. The Recipient’s Representative is the Minister of Finance.
